Meet The Owner
Maxine LaShye'
Welcome to Crown Me Lavish, founded by Maxine LaShye' in 2018 determined to coach and mentor bosses into success and deliver a unique style to entrepreneurs worldwide.
Coach Max has actively coached 12 bosses into elevating their businesses. She provides strategy and structure while providing resources to assist with retaining longevity in their business.
She assists with business start ups, organization, marketing, and business funding. In 2019, I began to research grant writing and how this could benefit my coaching clients. I invested in training with the Top Grant writers in the US and was able to secure over $150,000 my first year as a grant writer. In 2022, I launched my first Grant membership program to help small business owners learn the skill of securing business grants. I am also a Grant Committee Member and Sponsor for "She Boss Talk" that shares the same goals as my company. We are "Where Business Meets Its Boss". I am one of the few Grant Specialists that will help assist businesses become "grant ready'
